The Orthopedic Surgery department at Hackensack University Medical Center is dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders involving the musculoskeletal system. All staff members are board-certified orthopedists and many have additional subspecialty training. As agents of academia, departmental research projects are conducted in the pursuit of improved patient outcomes. Many of our orthopedists are well-respected literary contributors to peer reviewed medical journals. In addition, the Hackensack University Medical Center is renowned for its comprehensive program offerings, which include a New Jersey state-designated Level II Trauma Center.
