Grossly unstable pelvic fracture with haemodynamic instability. Transfer as soon as possible to theatre for external fixation and supra-umbilical DPL at the same time.
If - DPL positive> Laparotomy
If - DPL negative> Reassess haemodynamic status after application of external fixator
Proceed to either----
If - DPL negative and patient>Stable perform CT Scan
If - DPL negative and patient unstable> perform Angiography and pelvic embolisation
