Fadi Badlissi, MD, MSc; Julie E. Dunn, PhD; Carol L. Link, PhD; Julie J. Keysor, PhD, PT; John B. McKinlay, PhD; David T. Felson, MD, MPH J Am Geriatr Soc. 2005;53(6):1029-1033.
