This practice is dedicated solely to the care of patients with spinal disorders. Our goal is to provide every patient with an accurate diagnosis of their particular problem, as well as a clear and effective treatment plan. All patient's diagnostic testing and treatment plans are overseen by Dr. McCance. Where appropriate, patients are directed toward physical therapy, injection therapy, medical management, neurology evaluation, or surgery. Dr. McCance works with an interdisciplinary team of experts to provide optimal care for each condition. Dr. McCance's particular interests include the surgical treatment of select spinal disorders including herniated disk of the cervical and lumbar spine, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, spinal tumors and infection.
